COVID-19 Update Highly Skilled & Compassionate Care Since 2006

About Our COVID-19 Safety Measures

Prioritizing the Safety and Wellness of You and Your Pet

The team at Veterinary Emergency & Surgery Hospital would like to thank our community for their patience during this time. We are currently open to provide care for our clients and their pets, and are taking extra precautions to keep you safe. Upon your arrival, please call the hospital at (603) 288-1515 and wait in your car and we will come out to retrieve your pet. This helps minimize exposure to both the staff and the hospital. For dogs, we will use a hospital leash to bring them into the hospital. For cats, we will bring your carrier into the hospital and clean its handles and doors. We will call you to thoroughly discuss your pet’s history and current concerns. We will also discuss exam findings, diagnostic recommendations, and treatment plans moving forward. In addition, we are continuously cleaning all areas of the hospital, including the door handles, pens, clipboards, and all other high contact surfaces between patients. We accept payments over the phone to minimize contact with credit cards and the credit card machine.

If you have any questions about how we are working to keep you and your pet safe and healthy, or would like to inquire about one of our services, please call us at (603) 288-1515 or contact us online.
